They seem well constructed and arrived undamaged luckily..lol..the box they come in needs better padding for sure.. The USPS gods smiled upon me this time apparently.. I like them but I did buy them to modify to accept some Deafbonce LW65A4 heavy mid bass speakers so I will get rid of the plastic style spring connectors and am adding some threaded terminals as well as I have to enlarge the speaker cutout to 5.7 inches. The carpet is thin..more like hobby felt , but for my needs that's ok .. I'd recommend them ! Dor the price they can't be beat and they do come with a thin layer of polyfill to boot !

It's a good deal for the money ! Constructed well and seems solid, the only reason for 4 stars was the thin carpet/felt material used for covering is paper thin..but other than that it is worth the money
