An SWT-10S4 will work well in a ported or sealed box so you can get your favorite bass tone, boomy or tight. The power takes for top performance, and you'll want to pick an amplifier that delivers between 300 and 500 watts RMS at 4 ohms. This single voice coil, the 4-ohm sub, will draw the maximum output power from a subwoofer amplifier when used along with a second SWT-10S2 in a system.
